At Linit, we prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers. Our marketing team frequently visits customers with significant business to gain a better understanding of their requirements and assess their satisfaction levels.
We also encourage our customers to visit our facilities in Vasai and Rajkot, where they can witness our capabilities firsthand and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Vendor / Supplier Relation policy:

At Linit, we value our suppliers as essential partners in our progress. Our suppliers range from small subcontractors with just 4 Automats in the Mumbai area to large-scale foundries and forge shops.

To ensure the quality and timely delivery of our products, our team of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) professionals visits our suppliers' production facilities on a daily basis. We follow up on orders, assess any difficulties they may be facing, and offer technical assistance whenever necessary.

Our approach to working with our suppliers is collaborative and supportive. We strive to maintain a healthy working relationship with each of them, building trust and mutual respect.
